Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Shipping Charges

• India: delivery charges depend on the selected service and items. Standard delivery currently starts at INR 75; the final charge is shown before payment.
• India: another available delivery service is INR 80 before any item-specific additional charge. Items explicitly marked for free shipping follow their own eligibility; an order above INR 500 is not automatically free.
• International: delivery charges depend on destination, service and the items in your order. Confirm the actual checkout quotation before payment; do not rely on a fixed worldwide estimate.
• International: any item-specific free-delivery eligibility must be confirmed for your destination. There is no automatic worldwide free-delivery promise at INR 18,000.

Delivery Estimates

• India: normally 2 to 4 days after dispatch.
• International: normally 5 to 10 days and may take up to 15 days depending on destination, customs, courier, and product availability.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the product type. For complete terms, see the Product Return Policy. Eligible return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery. Personal-preference returns are currently limited to eligible Rudraksha malas. Individual beads, customised items, used or worn items, and items without original packaging or invoice are not eligible for personal-preference return.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with product and packaging photographs. Approved cases are eligible for replacement or refund, including applicable shipping charges.

Refunds and Support

Refunds are processed after inspection of an approved return and normally take 7 to 10 working days to reach the original payment method, subject to banking timelines. For help with an order, tracking, or return request, contact Customer Support.
