How We Verify

How to check your Omm product and certificate

Every product includes a DGTL Gem Lab certificate. This guide explains five practical checks for comparing the listing, supplied document and item you receive. It describes the purchase record, rather than claiming the same laboratory test is performed on every product.

1. Start with the exact product listing

Save the product link, name, SKU, photographs and listed measurements. For Rudraksha, compare the mukhi count, size and construction. For gemstones, compare the stated variety, weight, dimensions and setting. Ask about any unclear detail before payment.

2. Read the included DGTL Gem Lab certificate

Check its number, item description, issue information and reported findings. A certificate for a multi-bead design should be read for the components it actually covers. Do not assume an X-ray, a particular test procedure or an origin determination unless the relevant report states it.

3. Check the laboratory record

Visit DGTL Gem Lab certificate verification and enter the number shown on the document. Compare the laboratory record with the certificate and product. Contact us if a detail is missing or different.

4. Arrange additional testing when needed

Special treatment reports and separate geographic-origin testing are available on request. Confirm the scope, cost and timing before ordering; these tests are not automatically included in the standard certificate. Treatment, geographic origin and material identification are different questions. A report answers only the questions within its stated scope. See treatment disclosures and origin and certification.

5. Check the received item and keep your records

Compare the item, invoice, listing and certificate together. Keep the packaging and clear photographs. If something does not match, contact our team before mounting, resizing or altering the item, and read the return policy.

Included energization and optional temple services

Basic energization is included with every order. Special temple services are available on request. Discuss the particular temple service, any additional charge and dispatch timing before ordering. Energization is a devotional practice and is separate from laboratory identification.

Common questions

Does every product include a certificate?

Yes. Every product includes a DGTL Gem Lab certificate. Read the document for the specific item or components and the findings it records.

Does a certificate automatically mean untreated or unheated?

No. Read the specific treatment statement and test scope. If you need a particular determination, ask about the appropriate report before ordering.

Can a household water test prove a Rudraksha is authentic?

A household test alone cannot establish all of a bead's characteristics. Avoid damaging a product with boiling, chemicals or improvised tests. Use the item details, supplied documentation and appropriate professional advice. Read the Rudraksha identification guide.

Are Nepal and Indonesia separate collections?

Our catalogue has Nepali Rudraksha and Indonesian Rudraksha collections. Check the sourcing description for the individual item and distinguish it from a laboratory-origin finding.
